Description
GREEN×EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Expo, Yokohama) is recruiting approximately 600 crew members for visitor service roles across the venue. Two work styles available: Core Crew (~400 positions, 7.5 hrs/day, ~5 days/week, early or late shifts) and Support Crew (~200 positions, up to 5.5 hrs/day, shorter shifts). Duties include entrance gate service, visitor guidance, lost & found, lost children/baby services, venue patrol, accessibility support, and foreign language/sign language support.
Pay: ¥1,850/hour, plus transportation up to ¥1,500/day, overtime and late-night allowances.
Work period: Shift work between March 19 and September 26, 2027.
Requirements: Age 18+ by April 2, 2027 (no high school students); able to read/write/communicate in Japanese; able to attend pre-training (Dec 2026–Mar 2027); able to commute to the venue; able to work throughout the event period.
Selection process: Document screening (Oct 2026) → interview (Oct–Nov 2026) → offer notice (Dec 2026).
