Description
The Yamazaki Bread Group is recruiting about 20 attendant staff for its “Tomorrow’s Bright Table” pavilion at GREEN×EXPO 2027 (Yokohama). Duties include facility tour attendance, indoor/outdoor reception and guidance, environmental upkeep, and other visitor-facing work on a rotation basis.
Employment period: Mid-February 2027 to late September 2027 (training: mid-Feb–March 18, 2027).
Employment type: Contract employee via Sapient Co., Ltd.
Hours: ~11 hours restrained time/day (shift system), ~8 hours actual work, ~1 hour paid waiting break, ~2 hours unpaid break. Shifts scheduled between 8:15 and 21:15. Typically 5 shifts + 1 day off per week.
Pay: ¥2,200–¥2,750/hour depending on skills (language ability raises the rate); example monthly total ~¥427,350 (general) or ~¥475,923 (language-capable). 25% overtime premium beyond statutory hours.
Transportation: Up to ¥40,000/month.
Benefits: Social and labor insurance, partial uniform rental, paid leave (planned).
Requirements: Able to read/write/communicate in Japanese (foreign nationals need valid work status); able to work rotating shifts throughout the contract period; able to commute via public transport. Additional language ability (English, Chinese, etc.) or sign language is a plus and increases pay.
